Travel Fee Notice
The Social Deep, LLC / Seasons Change includes standard local travel for eligible in-person appointments within approximately 10 miles or 20 minutes of central Cottonwood, AZ.
Appointments outside the standard local service range may be subject to additional travel fees. Travel fees may include mileage, drive time, parking, lodging, meals, materials, approved outside costs, urgency fees, schedule displacement fees, or other travel-related expenses when applicable.
Appointment location must be confirmed at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. If the location is outside the standard local service range, travel fees will be reviewed before the appointment is confirmed.
Travel fees are based on the appointment location, travel distance, estimated drive time, scheduling impact, and any approved expenses connected to the appointment.
If required travel details are not provided in time, The Social Deep, LLC / Seasons Change may reschedule the appointment, adjust the quote or invoice, or apply the applicable cancellation policy.
Standard local travel does not include paid parking, venue fees, admission fees, lodging, meals, or other outside costs unless specifically stated in the quote, invoice, or service agreement.
