They are currently training to be a clinician through their master's program, developing a holistic approach to mental health, trauma, and grief support. As they move through their training, they aim to integrate bibliotherapy, mindfulness, and somatic techniques to help their future clients live more authentically. Specifically, Sheena is committed to providing a safe and affirming space for individuals within the feminine and LGBTQIA+ communities, They strive to support individual growth and self-discovery. Beyond their professional life, Sheena is an avid reader of horror, nonfiction, and contemporary literature. Their fascination with the human mind extends beyond traditional practice, exploring the darker aspects of human psychology through their expressive outlets. Sheena is a non-binary, neurodivergent introvert in their 30s who crafts narratives through various creative channels. In their work, they explore social commentary and challenges established social norms. In addition to their work and personal development, Sheena loves taking road trips to explore new places with their faithful companion, Baloo. Through these experiences, they gain a broader perspective on the world and their role in it.
