Seasons Change provides non-clinical, non-medical life transition and end-of-life doula support for people moving through grief, loss, aging, retirement, divorce, estrangement, empty nesting, identity shifts, family role changes, caregiving transitions, death, and the strange in-between seasons where life no longer fits the way it used to.
This work is rooted in life cycle navigation: grounded support for understanding where you are, what is changing, what you are carrying, and what kind of care may help you move through the next threshold. Support may include reflective conversation, legacy work, practical planning, nervous system reset practices, emotional orientation, spiritual care, advocacy, family-centered discussion, and help identifying needs, values, preferences, and next steps.
Seasons Change is offered with discretion, respect for autonomy, attention to boundaries, cultural awareness, and care for each person’s lived experience, identity, relationships, and beliefs. It is not therapy, counseling, hospice, medical care, crisis care, case management, legal advice, financial advising, transportation, housekeeping, or hands-on personal caregiving.
Single appointments and support packages are available depending on the kind of transition, level of support needed, and whether the work is individual, family-centered, spiritual, reflective, practical, or end-of-life focused. Services are primarily offered in Arizona, with long-distance and out-of-state package options available for discussion when appropriate.
The goal is not to fix grief, force positivity, or make transition look tidy. The goal is to help you grow to fit what you are carrying, make meaning from what has changed, and move through the next season with more clarity, steadiness, and care.
