Hello!
I work with at-risk teen girls/LGBTQ youth in a residential placement facility, where healthy and age-appropriate reading material is hard to come by. Their shelves are currently a mixture of Louis L'Amour and dime store romance novels from 60 years ago (it's truly tragic). So, I have decided to reach out and see about acquiring donations to build them a library they can both enjoy and learn from. In an effort to broaden the youths' scope of interest and to aid in their healing journey, I have created this list of suggestions.
